My eyes slowly opened from what seemed like a deep sleep. I looked around at my blurry surroundings and automatically knew where I was. I was in my bed. I reached for my head and slid my fingers across a swollen gash on the side of my cheek. I then began to recall details of my last conscious moment. I quickly jumped off the bed and before I could make another step. I heard a voice.

“Don’t. Even. Think about it.”

I turned to face my biggest fear since 2006, Darryl. I began to slowly back up towards the wall as he stepped slowly towards me out of a dark corner.

“You really thought that you would just leave me, take my money, pride, and everything I gave you and move on?”

“Look around! This is mine, I paid for this, what about this!”He began throwing furniture around the room.“I made you!”

As he continued his envious rant, I scanned the room for the nearest weapon. Being backed in the corner with everything out of my reach; I attempted to play along.

“I know baby I’m nothing without you. Here take me. I want you.” He stared at me blankly, then a small smirk spread across his face.

"Now that’s what I want to hear.”

He grabbed my face and began sucking on my lips, then my neck. He slowly unbuttoned my shirt, carefully bringing my arms out of both sleeves.

“It will be just like old times, baby.”Immediately disgusted by the mere thought. I turned my head away.

“Hey look at me! You wanted me didn’t you, well here I am."
