Why does it so long for us to $hop?

My shopping tactics has since changed now that I'm a [balling on a budget] adult. I used to shop freely with no idea where/when I'm going to wear this outfit again. No time for that anymore. When I shop now, I must admit it takes longer because I take my precious time. Why? Because my money is precious. Lol. Not to mention this outfit WILL be recycled for another occasion. So when I'm on the prowl, these are three things I keep in mind. 1. Can I imagine myself wearing this more than once? 2. Is it within my budget? 3. How does this item make me feel? I know you're thinking.....what?? About number 3. My definition of a quality item that's worth my time and money is one that makes me feel beautiful and comfortable. An item that I can look and say I'm glad I purchased this. It makes all the difference. It takes so long for good reason, don't judge us. #EverydayGirlStruggle
